Requirements:

  • Manage copy production for eCommerce and lead generation websites on a share of Coalition Technologies’ 200+ client accounts.
  • Lead a team of SEO copywriters. Provide the direction and information needed for their success, along with feedback to help improve their work.
  • Act as the supervising copy editor on your accounts. Our writers and producers will look to you as a content specialist and manager of the brand’s voice. Ensure content quality with an exceptional representation of brand’s identity and value propositions. Proper spelling, grammar, and syntax are fundamental.
  • Conduct keyword research for each page on a client’s website. Become an effective online marketing manager by pairing their products and services with the most relevant search terms. Coalition Technologies will provide this training.
  • Coordinate web content for multiple ongoing campaigns. Though the core of this role is in search engine optimization, you may collaborate to produce social media content, email marketing copy, press releases, and similar promotional materials.
  • Supervise SEO content campaigns from the initial kickoff, through research, production, and concluding with live content on a client’s website.

Graphic Designer/ Advertising

Skills:

  • Total mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • A passion for design, branding, marketing, advertising, and online content creation

Requirements:

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a CRO Specialist, you will use a mix of creativity and strong analytical skills to identify website optimization opportunities for your clients and then develop and execute strategy to turn those ideas into an optimization and testing plan. A CRO Specialist should have a strong understanding of website content management systems, including major eCommerce solutions, and should have enough statistical and analytical abilities to help us understand data in a way that results in actionable suggestions for our clients.
  • Perform audits of clients’ web analytics implementations and make recommendations to ensure accurate tracking is in place.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan for your clients.
  • Develop hypotheses and build and execute A/B or multivariate tests according to the optimization strategy and testing plan.
  • Partner with the our internal design and development team to recommend changes based on winning test results.

Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking, SEO, messaging and audience identification.
  • Maintain a content calendar.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
