Our Process & Packages
Once a package has been selected, and there is agreement on the client’s preferences and the details of the vacancy is received, our HR assistant will begin the search process to fill the vacant position(s). Once suitable candidates are found, they will be shortlisted based on the contents of their resume and background checks. They would then be invited to our location for a face-to-face interview, given a tailored assessment and if applicable, a psychometric evaluation. After these steps have been completed, a summary of the successful candidate(s) will be presented to the employer for a final decision.
