Trinbago Employment Solutions has a unique, holistic approach to employment placement.

Our services comprise of administrative, coaching/mentoring and working with candidates for a 3-month period to find either an online, international job or an in-person, local job within our twin islands. Our recruitment team has a strong background in Business Administration, Information Technology, Website Development, Sales, Accounting and H.S.E, and we use these skills to help polish the candidates, teach them to use industry jargon effectively, so that they are able to showcase themselves in a way which is both meaningful and measurable to employers.

Though the Company was incorporated in April, 2023, the team has been using their expertise to assist candidates find employment for over 15 years. We also have experience assisting candidates with a diverse and wide range of education and experience, ranging from secondary school graduates to candidates with their PHDs. We reduce the stress and hassle of trying to find that ideal job.

Our focus is on providing long-term solutions for your professional level needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. Customer focus is the reason we have been known for our integrity and professionalism. We have a proven track record and results you have come to expect.

Local in-person jobs – The process

Please have a look at our local jobs listed within this website. Once you see a job that for which you are interested, you can send your resume to [email protected] and state within the subject or body of the email, the position(s) for which your resume demonstrates success.

Within 1 business day, our HR assistant will determine if you are suitable to be shortlisted.

You will be contacted to schedule an in-person interview at our office to further determine suitability and if successful, you will be sent to the employer for the final assessment.

There are no membership/administrative fees attached for this service

Remote, Online International Jobs

Please have a look at our online jobs listed within this website. Once you see a job that for which you are interested, you can send your resume to [email protected] and state within the subject or body of the email, the position(s) for which your resume demonstrates success.

Within 1 business day, our HR assistant will determine if you are suitable to be shortlisted and let you know via email.

You will then be invited to become a member of our company. At this time an administrative fee of $500.00 will be required and this will cover the following:

Multiple versions may be necessary if there are cross-functional skills present.

As the candidate will no longer be the author of their resume, dialogue/mentoring/coaching will now become necessary in order to bridge the newly formed gap.

In this period the candidate will apply for as many jobs as are within their skillset. A candidate can apply for as many as 15 positions within this time frame
